Project Overview
My contribution
All of it is mine: the flow from discovery to chat, the vendor profile, checkout and the in-app chat. No new research, so the persona comes from how the product had to work.
02 . PROBLEM
Customers can’t find reliable vendors near them.
Customers need vendors they can trust, close enough to deliver or pick up from. Instagram shows them thousands of vendors and tells them nothing about where they are or whether they’re real.

Show verified vendors nearby, and a way to ask before paying.
Design one journey from discovery to the vendor profile, what they sell, where they are and a direct line to ask, without ever leaving the app.

My Design Process for Vendify
My approach focused on how a buyer decides a vendor is worth her money, and on keeping finding, checking and talking inside one product.

Discover
Looked at how buyers actually find vendors today: Instagram posts, DMs and asking around.

Define
Named trust and proximity as the real decisions, with no review history to lean on.

Design
Built the journey from discovery to vendor profile, products, location and chat.

Refine
Designed for thin, messy profiles so real sellers still read as usable.

Designed the Vendify home page to help shoppers discover products, explore nearby vendors, and find trusted businesses more easily, making shopping faster and more convenient.
In-app chat
I designed the conversation inside Vendify, so the chat still knows which vendor she was looking at instead of handing her off to WhatsApp.
